What Happens if Your Larry June’s Store Package Is Returned to SenderUpdated a month ago

Return to Sender (RTS) Packages:

If your package is returned to our fulfillment center as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address, missing apartment/unit number, refusal at delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts), it will be processed as a Return to Sender (RTS).

What Happens Next:

Domestic Orders:

Once the RTS package is received at our warehouse and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued for the item(s), minus the original shipping charges.

If a reshipment is possible, our team may reach out directly, or you can submit a support ticket to inquire about reshipment options. Please note that reshipments for RTS packages will incur a new shipping fee, which must be paid before the order is resent.

International Orders:

Due to increased international shipping fees and customs challenges, RTS packages from outside the U.S. will be automatically refunded for the cost of item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additional Notes:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately—before your order ships—so we can correct it.
  • Orders returned as RTS due to refusal of delivery (e.g., unwanted duties, changed mind) are not eligible for free re-shipping.
  • Reshipments for RTS packages will incur a new shipping fee, which must be paid before the order is resent.

Send us a message if you think your package is being returned.
